Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
½ cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated cheese (cheddar or Gruyère)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
Prepare the Filling:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender and moisture evaporates.
Stir in shredded chicken, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Assemble the Pastry:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.

Spoon chicken and mushroom filling into center of each piece.
