- 3 heads baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
