Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Add the chicken breasts, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes with chilies, black beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.

  2. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and shreds easily.

  3. Shred Chicken: Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, shred it using two forks, and return it to the soup.
