Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 bag frozen shoestring fries (about 20 oz)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/2 cup diced red onions
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup burger sauce or Thousand Island dressing
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Optional: shredded lettuce for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven and cook shoestring fries according to package directions until crispy.
While fries are baking, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully browned, breaking it up into crumbles.
Once fries are done, spread them on a large serving platter or baking tray.
Top fries evenly with cooked ground beef.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and fries while still hot so it melts.
Top with diced pickles, red onions, and tomatoes.
Drizzle burger sauce or Thousand Island dressing on top.
Optionally, garnish with shredded lettuce.
