Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Fresh mint leaves (a few sprigs)
2 cups sparkling water (plain or flavored)
Ice cubes
Instructions
In a small bowl, muddle the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, lime juice, and honey (if using) until the berries are broken down and juicy.
Add a few mint leaves and gently muddle them into the mixture.
Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
Divide the muddled berry mixture between the glasses.
Top each glass with sparkling water.
Stir gently to combine and garnish with extra mint and berries if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
Notes
You can use frozen berries if fresh ones are not available.
