Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped
1 egg (for egg wash)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix chopped spinach, crumbled feta, cream cheese, minced garlic, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 1-inch wide strips.
Spread spinach and feta mixture along the center of each strip.
Fold and twist each strip to form spirals. Place twists on baking sheet.
Beat the egg and brush over twists for a golden finish.
