Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps are a delicious low-carb, gluten-free snack packed with cheesy goodness and savory spinach dip flavor. Baked until golden and crisp, they make the perfect appetizer, party snack, or quick keto-friendly treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and all seasonings until combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet and slightly flatten.
  • Top each mound with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, flatten mounds thinner before baking.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To freeze: pre-freeze in a single layer, then transfer to freezer-safe bag for up to 1 month.
  • Reheat in the oven or air fryer until crispy.
