This savory and satisfying Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles combines tender steak, juicy shrimp, and flavorful vegetables tossed in a rich sauce. Perfect for any occasion, this Asian-inspired dish is easy to make and bursting with delicious flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. wide dried rice noodles
  • Steak Marinade:
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced steak
  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 810 shrimp, tail off and deveined
  • 1.5 cups assorted chopped vegetables (Brussels sprouts, onions, bell peppers, carrots, kale, broccoli florets)
  • 2 tbsp oil (more if needed)
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • Optional chili crisps for heat
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Marinate steak with the marinade ingredients for at least 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the sauce and set it aside.
  • In a heavy pan or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook steak for about 1 minute on each side. Remove steak and set aside.
  • Add vegetables to the pan and cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and cook until they curl into a C-shape.
  • Add the prepared sauce, steak, and noodles to the pan. Let the sauce thicken.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the chili crisps for heat if desired.
  • You can add extra vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for more crunch.
