Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix (do not prepare)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  • Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Gently stir in the chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, and coconut (if using).
