Strawberry Pineapple Popsicles are a refreshing and fruity summer treat made with simple ingredients. They are naturally sweet, vibrant in color, dairy-free, and perfect for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups fresh or canned pineapple chunks (in juice, not syrup)
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water or coconut water (if needed for blending)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine strawberries and pineapple.
  2. If needed, add water or coconut water to help blend smoothly.
  3. Taste the mixture and add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.
  4. Blend until smooth and evenly mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  6. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
  7. To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull the popsicles out.
