Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting
  • Fillings (choose sweet or savory):
    – Sweet: whipped cream, pastry cream, Nutella, fresh fruits
    – Savory: herbed cream cheese, egg salad, smoked salmon, chicken salad

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare Molds: Lightly grease cone roll croissant molds.
  • Cut Pastry: Slice puff pastry into 1-inch strips.
  • Wrap Molds: Starting at the tip, wrap strips around molds, overlapping slightly.
  • Egg Wash: Brush wrapped dough with beaten egg.
