This Turkey Avocado Club Sandwich is a hearty and delicious triple-decker sandwich layered with roasted turkey, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, creamy avocado, and mayo between slices of toasted bread – perfect for lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of sandwich bread, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 34 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 2 slices cooked bacon
  • 23 slices tomato
  • 2 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray (optional, for toasting bread)

Instructions

  1. Toast the three slices of bread until golden and crispy.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice.
  3. On the bottom slice, layer lettuce, tomato slices, turkey, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top, mayo side down.
  5. Spread mayo on the top of that second slice, then add bacon and avocado slices.
  6. Top with the final slice of bread, mayo side down.
  7. Secure the sandwich with toothpicks and slice in half or quarters before serving.

Notes

  • You can use multigrain, sourdough, or any sandwich bread of choice.
  • Make it spicy by adding a dash of hot sauce or spicy mayo.
