Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
4 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup room temperature caramel sauce
Instructions
In a medium-sized glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Stir the mixture to combine, then heat for an additional 15 seconds if needed, until mostly smooth with a few flecks of unmelted chocolate remaining.
Add the vanilla extract and chopped pecans to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
Scoop the fudge mixture onto a parchment-lined tray and spread it with a spatula to approximately 1-inch thickness.
Drizzle the room temperature caramel sauce over the fudge, then lightly swirl it into the fudge with a knife or the end of a spatula.
Chill the fudge until firm, then slice it into 1-inch squares.
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor and texture.
Make sure the caramel sauce is at room temperature for easier swirling.
Chill for at least 2 hours or until completely firm before slicing.
