Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 25g (⅓ cup) oat flour (or almond flour/protein powder)
  • 20g (1 ½ tbsp) nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • Optional: Ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mash the ripe banana in a bowl.
  • Combine the mashed banana with oat flour and nut butter.
  • Optionally, add cinnamon, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and chocolate chips.
  • Stir until smooth. Adjust consistency with more oat flour or nut butter if needed.
