Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 box Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with both soups, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Prepare the Rice-A-Roni according to package instructions. Once done, stir it into the chicken mixture.
  4. Add in the shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
