12 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can biscuit dough (or homemade biscuit mix)
Salt to taste

Instructions
Preheat coals and place the Dutch oven over them. Cook the ground sausage until browned.
Remove from heat and spread the frozen shredded potatoes evenly over the sausage.
Crack the eggs evenly over the potato layer.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Arrange the biscuit dough pieces evenly over the cheese layer.
Cover the Dutch oven and place coals on both the top and bottom. Cook for about 45 minutes until biscuits are cooked through and eggs are set.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
Notes
You can substitute sausage with turkey sausage for a lighter option.
Ensure even heat distribution by rotating the Dutch oven occasionally.
Check doneness by inserting a knife into the center; it should come out clean.
