Ingredients

- Juice of 1 large ruby grapefruit (approximately 240 ml or 1 cup)
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) white grape juice
- 480 g (2 cups) ice
- 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) alcohol-free pink sparkling beverage
- Candied grapefruit slices, for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the sugar onto a flat plate.
- Dip the rims of four glasses into a little grapefruit juice, then dip them into the sugar to create a decorative sugar rim.
- Add the remaining grapefruit juice, white grape juice, and ice to a blender.
