These Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps are a deliciously cheesy, crunchy, and flavorful twist on your classic taco night. Loaded with seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and crushed Doritos, all wrapped in a toasted flour tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
  • Doritos (Nacho Cheese flavored), crushed
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • Shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef. Cook thoroughly, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add in the diced onions and chopped green peppers, and sauté for about 4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning packet and mix well to coat the meat and vegetables.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce until well blended.
  5. Lay the four large tortillas on a flat surface.
  6. Spoon a layer of the nacho cheese and Rotel mixture down the center of each tortilla.
  7. Top with the seasoned beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, extra onions and peppers if desired, and a handful of crushed Doritos.
  8. Add shredded lettuce if using.
  9. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up burrito-style.
  10. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place each wrap seam-side down.
  11. Toast the wraps on both sides until crispy and golden brown.
  12. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or sauces.

Notes

  • You can swap Doritos for tortilla chips or skip them for a lower crunch option.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra heat.
  • Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a healthier version.
  • These wraps can be prepped ahead and toasted just before serving.
