This crunchy and colorful broccoli slaw is tossed in a creamy dressing, making it a perfect side dish for barbecues, picnics, or potluck celebrations.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • Shredded carrots
  • Red cabbage
  • Dried cranberries
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the broccoli florets into small pieces and julienne the stems.
  • Mix the vegetables and cranberries in a bowl.
  • Whisk together the dressing ingredients.

Notes
