Ingredients
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
6 oz softened light cream cheese
1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
2 green onions, sliced
4 6-inch flour tortillas
Instructions
Mix the chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, and green onions in a medium bowl until well combined.
Evenly divide the filling between the tortillas and spread it all the way to the edges.
Roll each tortilla tightly jelly-roll style.
Refrigerate the rolls for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until chilled and firm.
Cut the chilled rolls into 1/2-inch pinwheels and serve. Garnish with additional sliced green onion if desired.
Notes
If serving later, individually wrap the unsliced rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Chilling the rolls before slicing helps the pinwheels hold their shape.
For neat slices, use a sharp knife and wipe the blade between cuts as needed.
