Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 ounces Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup Colby-Jack cheese, shredded
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded (about 3 cups)
5 large flour tortillas
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, blue cheese, salt, garlic powder, Colby-Jack cheese, and green onions. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth and well blended.
Add shredded chicken to the mixture and stir until all chicken is evenly coated.
Spread about 3/4 cup of the mixture evenly over each tortilla, then roll tightly.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours to firm up.
Remove from the refrigerator, unwrap, and slice into pinwheels using a sharp knife. Discard the ends.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
Substitute ranch dressing for blue cheese if preferred.
Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
Keep tightly wrapped to prevent tortillas from drying out.
Serve with extra dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese dressing.
