These buffalo chicken sliders are cheesy, spicy, and packed with flavor, layered on soft Hawaiian rolls and baked to golden perfection. Perfect for quick meals, parties, or game day snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
  • 3 cups finely shredded cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally without separating them.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and set the top half aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning until well combined.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of rolls.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and blue cheese crumbles, distributing evenly.
  7. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling and press gently.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Mix the melted butter with the remaining ranch seasoning.
  10. Remove sliders from the oven, discard foil, and brush tops with the butter mixture.
  11. Return to oven uncovered and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  12. Let rest for 3–4 minutes, then cut and serve.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount to control spice level.
