A creamy, spicy buffalo chicken dip loaded with tender chicken, cheese, and tangy buffalo sauce, perfect for parties and game day snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing until smooth and well blended.
  3. Stir in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheeses.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce for preferred spice level.
