This creamy chocolate avocado pudding is rich, silky, and naturally sweetened with maple syrup. A quick no-bake dessert that comes together in minutes and satisfies any chocolate craving.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados (pitted)
  • 6 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add the avocados, cocoa powder, non-dairy milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping as needed to scrape down the sides.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness, chocolate flavor, vanilla, or consistency by adding more maple syrup, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, or non-dairy milk as desired.
  4. Spoon the pudding into small glass jars or a serving bowl.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Serve chilled with coconut whipped cream, raspberries, and chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

  • Use very ripe avocados for the smoothest texture and mildest flavor.
  • Any unsweetened non-dairy milk works well, including almond, oat, or coconut milk.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • For a richer chocolate flavor, add an extra tablespoon of cocoa powder.
