These churro Rice Krispie treats are a fun twist on the classic dessert, coated in cinnamon sugar for that signature churro flavor. They’re chewy, sweet, and perfect for a quick no-bake treat.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  4. Add Rice Krispies cereal and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture into a greased or parchment-lined pan.
  6. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the warm treats and gently press it in.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
