A rich and creamy classic malted milkshake made with vanilla ice cream, malted milk powder, and chocolate sauce. Ready in just 5 minutes for an easy nostalgic treat.

Ingredients

  • ½ to ¾ cup milk (any percentage, divided)
  • ¼ cup malted milk powder
  • 1 ½ cup vanilla ice cream (about 3 scoops)
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup or fudge sauce
  • Whipped cream (optional for topping)
  • Sprinkles (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine ½ cup of the milk and malted milk powder. Pulse 3-5 times, just until the powder is mostly mixed into the milk.
  2. Add the vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce and blend until smooth and combined. Stir with a spoon and add the remaining ¼ cup milk if the milkshake is too thick.
  3. Divide between two glasses and serve topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired.

Notes

  • Start with ½ cup milk for a thicker milkshake and add more as needed to reach your preferred consistency.
  • Chocolate syrup or fudge sauce can be used depending on how rich you want the chocolate flavor.
  • Serve immediately for the best thick and creamy texture.
