A rich and creamy corn casserole made with cream cheese, sweet corn, and simple seasonings, perfect as a comforting side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. Stir in the milk, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Add the corn and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
