Ingredients
32 ounces white chocolate baking bars (8 4-ounce bars)
6 drops orange gel food coloring (or yellow and red food coloring)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 pan with foil and spray with nonstick spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the white chocolate bars, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir. Continue microwaving in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and creamy.
Add the orange extract and adjust to taste if needed.
Remove 2 cups of the mixture into a separate bowl and set aside to keep white.
Add the orange food coloring to the remaining mixture and stir until the desired color is reached.
Pour the orange fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Drop spoonfuls of the reserved white fudge randomly over the orange layer.
Use a knife or skewer to swirl the mixtures together.
Tap the pan gently on the counter to remove air bubbles, popping any visible bubbles if needed.
Refrigerate uncovered for 4 to 5 hours, or until set.
Lift the fudge out using the foil, peel it away, and cut into squares to serve.
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
For cleaner cuts, use a sharp knife wiped clean between slices.
You can adjust the intensity of orange flavor by adding more extract gradually.
Gel food coloring works best for vibrant color without thinning the mixture.
