- 2 to 3 pounds pork ribs
- Salt to taste

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
- Remove membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place ribs on the baking sheet and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
- Remove ribs from oven, uncover, and brush generously with sauce.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and return ribs uncovered for 10–15 minutes until caramelized.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Use foil tightly to keep ribs moist during baking.
