A warm and gooey s’mores cobbler with layers of melted chocolate, graham crackers, and toasted marshmallows, baked to perfection for an easy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker pieces
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips, graham cracker pieces, and mini marshmallows evenly over the batter.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top.
  7. Carefully pour hot water over the entire mixture without stirring.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the top is set and the center is gooey.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

  • Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
  • Use milk chocolate or dark chocolate based on preference.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave for best texture.
