This Easy White Chocolate Easter Bark is a festive no-fuss treat topped with colorful candies and sprinkles. Perfect for Easter baskets, dessert tables, or gifting, it comes together in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Ghirardelli white chocolate candy melts (10 oz each, 20 oz total)
  • 1/2 cup pastel M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup mini Robin Eggs candies
  • 1/4 cup Easter blend sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°F. Line a half baking sheet (18 x 13 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the white chocolate candy melts evenly across the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 7 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted enough to spread smoothly.
  4. Using a spatula, gently spread the melted chocolate into an even layer if needed.
  5. While the chocolate is still warm, evenly sprinkle the pastel M&Ms, mini Robin Eggs candies, and Easter sprinkles over the top. Lightly press the toppings into the chocolate.
  6. Allow the bark to cool at room temperature until fully hardened, or place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.
  7. Once set, lift the bark from the parchment paper and break it into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Customize with your favorite seasonal candies or sprinkles.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • For cleaner pieces, chill completely before breaking.
