This edible brownie dough is a delicious, no-bake treat that gives you the taste of classic brownies without any eggs or baking required. Perfect for snacking, it’s rich, gooey, and safe to eat raw!

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, white sugar, and salt.
  • Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
  • Slowly add in the milk and vanilla extract, stirring until the dough begins to come together.
  • Mix in the chocolate chips (if using).
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate content if desired.
  • Chill for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator before serving (optional, but makes it easier to scoop).
