This creamy eggnog pie is a festive no-bake dessert with warm nutmeg flavor and a light, fluffy texture. Perfect for holiday gatherings and easy to prepare ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 1 3.4 oz box vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 2 cups whipped topping, thawed
  • Dash of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the eggnog and vanilla instant pudding mix. Beat with an electric mixer until thickened.
  2. Sprinkle in the nutmeg and mix gently.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until the mixture becomes fluffy and pale yellow.
  4. Spoon the filling into the prepared pie crust and smooth the top evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Chill overnight if desired before serving.

Notes

  • Use instant pudding mix only; stovetop pudding will not set properly.
  • Light whipped topping may not firm up as well as regular whipped topping.
