Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
