Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the thawed spinach thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, drained spinach, French onion soup mix, and sour cream.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are fully blended and the soup mix is evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until heated through.
  7. Stir the dip before serving and adjust consistency with additional sour cream if needed.
  8. Serve warm or cold with bread, chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
