These Frozen S’mores are a simple no-bake frozen treat made with graham crackers, a chocolate layer, and a creamy protein-packed whipped filling. They’re easy to prepare and perfect for a refreshing dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 (9-10 oz) tub thawed whipped topping (such as Cocowhip or Tru Whip)
  • 1 scoop (25-30 g) vanilla protein powder
  • 18 square graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. Arrange half of the graham crackers in a single layer on the bottom of the pan with the flat side facing up.
  3. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  4. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the graham cracker layer.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix the thawed whipped topping and vanilla protein powder until smooth and fully combined.
  6. Spread the whipped filling evenly over the chocolate layer.
  7. Arrange the remaining graham crackers over the filling and press down lightly.
  8. Transfer the dish to the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Lift the frozen slab from the pan using the parchment paper.
  10. Cut into 9 squares and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • For cleaner slices, run a sharp knife under warm water before cutting.
  • Chocolate protein powder can be substituted for a richer flavor.
  • Allow bars to sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes before serving if very firm.
