This frozen yogurt bark is a refreshing and healthy snack made with creamy Greek yogurt, sweet honey, fresh berries, and crunchy walnuts. Perfect for a make-ahead treat on warm days or a quick nutritious dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup walnuts (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
  4. Top evenly with blueberries, raspberries, and chopped walnuts.
  5. Freeze for about 3 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Remove from the freezer and quickly cut or break into rectangles or triangles to minimize melting.
  7. Transfer the frozen bark into airtight containers and store in the freezer until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use frozen berries straight from the freezer to help the bark freeze faster.
  • Store frozen yogurt bark in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
  • Swap walnuts for almonds, pecans, or granola for a different texture.
  • Serve immediately after removing from the freezer, as the bark softens quickly.
