A beautifully arranged fruit and cheese platter featuring a mix of savory cheeses, fresh fruit, crunchy nuts, and sweet spreads. Perfect for entertaining or a simple appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Gouda (sliced)
  • 6 ounces white cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups red grapes
  • 1 green apple, sliced
  • 1/3 cup Marcona almonds
  • 1/3 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup fig jam
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 ounces Sea Salt Crunchmaster Crackers
  • 2 ounces Rosemary and Olive Crunchmaster Crackers
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Arrange the sliced Gouda and white cheddar around a serving board, leaving space between each type.
  2. Place small pinch bowls or dishes on the board to be filled before serving.
  3. Add the grapes and sliced green apple around the cheeses and bowls, layering for easy serving.
  4. Arrange the crackers around the fruits and cheeses, either stacked or fanned out as desired.
  5. Fill gaps with Marcona almonds and pecans. Add fig jam and honey to the bowls. Garnish the board with fresh rosemary sprigs before serving.
