This Fruit and Yogurt Parfait is a simple, refreshing, and nutritious breakfast or snack made with layers of creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and fresh fruit. It’s easy to customize and perfect for meal prep or a quick on-the-go option.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spoon half of the Greek yogurt into a glass or jar.
  2. Add a layer of half the granola, followed by half the strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, granola, and fruit.
