Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
  • 56 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
