Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Sea salt, to taste
Ground pepper, to taste
Olive oil or avocado oil, for grill grates
1/3 cup homemade BBQ sauce or favorite store-bought sauce, plus extra for dipping
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with sea salt and ground pepper.
Clean and lightly oil the grill grates. Place the chicken on the top rack of the grill.
Grill for 5 to 6 minutes, or until grill marks form and the chicken releases easily from the grates.
Flip the chicken and grill for another 5 to 6 minutes.
Brush BBQ sauce over the chicken, flip, and brush the other side with sauce.

Discard any sauce that came into contact with raw chicken.
