Ingredients
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup nut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
Place hazelnuts in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
Add oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt; pulse to combine.
Add honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract. Blend until mixture becomes sticky and holds together.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
