Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus (ends trimmed)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the asparagus, water, butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to the Instant Pot.
  2. Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the sealing position.
  3. Pressure cook on high for 0 minutes.
  4. Quick release the steam immediately after cooking.
  5. Carefully remove the asparagus and serve immediately.
