Ingredients
5 kiwis, peeled and diced
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
2 tablespoons chopped mint
Instructions
Peel the kiwis and cut them into 1/2-inch chunks. Place the pieces in a freezer-safe bag or container.
Freeze the diced kiwi for at least 3 hours, or until completely frozen.
Add the frozen kiwi, honey or maple syrup, and chopped mint to a food processor or blender. Blend for at least 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
Scoop the sorbet into bowls and serve immediately.
Notes
Use maple syrup instead of honey for a vegan version.
For the smoothest texture, make sure the kiwi pieces are completely frozen before blending.
Serve immediately for a soft sorbet consistency, or freeze briefly for a firmer texture.
