Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Fresh basil sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped basil, olive oil, and Dijon mustard.
