These no-bake peanut butter mousse cups are rich, creamy, and layered with crunchy Oreo crumbs. An easy dessert that comes together in minutes and chills to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed into coarse crumbs
  • 1 cup cream cheese (8 ounce package)
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Melted chocolate, melted peanut butter, and mini Reese’s cups, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreo cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin, or pulse in a food processor until coarse crumbs form.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until thick and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  4. Add a layer of cookie crumbs to dessert glasses, then spoon or pipe the peanut butter mixture on top.
  5. Repeat the layers as desired. Drizzle with melted chocolate and/or melted peanut butter and top with mini Reese’s cups if using.
  6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • For a smoother texture, allow the cream cheese to soften before mixing.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Garnishes are optional but add extra flavor and presentation.
  • Serve well chilled for the best texture.
