Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

  • Extra whipped topping
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust:

    • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
    • Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • Make the Filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  • Assemble the Pie:

    • Spread the peanut butter filling evenly over the chilled crust.
