Creamy no-bake mini cheesecakes with bright orange flavor, a nostalgic creamsicle swirl, and a chocolate Oreo cookie base.

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 fresh orange (zested)
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract
  • 23 drops orange gel food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners and place one Oreo cookie at the bottom of each cup.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add the orange extract and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently blend the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream on low speed until just combined.
  5. Divide the cheesecake mixture evenly between two bowls.
  6. Spoon the plain white cheesecake mixture over the Oreo bases and smooth into an even layer.
  7. Gently fold the fresh orange zest and optional orange gel food coloring into the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  8. Layer the orange mixture over the white cheesecake layer. Run a toothpick through the layers to create a swirl.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 3 to 4 hours, or until the mini cheesecakes are firm and set.

Notes

  • For the best texture, make sure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing.
  • The orange gel food coloring is optional and can be omitted without affecting the flavor.
  • Keep the mini cheesecakes refrigerated until ready to serve.
  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
