This Protein Fluff is a light, airy, and guilt-free dessert or snack that’s packed with protein. Made with just a few simple ingredients like protein powder, milk, and whipped egg whites, it’s creamy, fluffy, and perfect for satisfying sweet cravings without the extra sugar. Ideal for post-workout snacks or healthy treats any time of day!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/3 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 2 large egg whites (pasteurized recommended)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: sweetener to taste (stevia, honey, or maple syrup)
  • Optional toppings: berries, cocoa nibs, nuts, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Whip egg whites: In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine protein: In a separate bowl, mix protein powder, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener until smooth.
  • Fold together: Gently fold the protein mixture into the whipped egg whites using a spatula, maintaining the airy texture.
  • Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.
  • Serve: Spoon into bowls or glasses and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately for maximum fluffiness.
