This Quick & Easy Crescent Roll Breakfast Casserole is the perfect way to start your day with a savory, cheesy dish that’s loaded with flavor. Packed with crescent rolls, eggs, sausage, and cheese, it’s simple to make and ideal for busy mornings or a weekend breakfast treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage (or preferred meat)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: onions, bell peppers, or other veggies

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and lay them in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, pinching the seams together.
  • Layer the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden brown.
